Once a decade, I turn an age that’s evenly divisible by ten. When this occurs, I throw a party. I’m turning 50. It’s a time where all my communal circles can overlap and we can enjoy hanging out with some new people. What’s involved:

• They’re shutting down the brewery for us

• A simple night of food, beverages, conversation and karaoke

• Lydia will be running karaoke and always keeps things fun

• For friends with young families, feel free to bring them from 6-7:30pm.

• The littles will be able to sing and snack but unable to be served alcohol

• The transition toward a PG-13 venue take place from 7:30-8pm.

And absolutely no presents. What makes me happy on the birthday is being around people like you. That’s the best gift I could ever imagine.
